Starting in Spring 2016 I will be offering a Weight Loss Group for new Moms.
Having a baby is a life changing (and body changing) event and it can take a while to get back to looking and feeling like yourself again.
This group will offer support and accountability.
This program is for Winnipeg Moms only.

DNA Nutritional Scans
How your DNA reveals how you should live and what to eat
A DNA scan is done via hair and saliva sample. You will see what areas of the body are energetically stressed, weakened, or balanced. The scan will be preformed to find what resonates in terms of parasites, bacteria, heavy metals, molds, chemicals, viruses, nutritional deficiencies, food and environmental sensitivites, or hormonal imbalances.
With this powerful information, a comprehensive support program will be developed that includes detailed recommendations for an optimal supplementation regimen customized to your specific needs. These recommendations may include herbal, homeopathic, and nutritional supplements with the objective to bring the body back into balance.
A screening kit will be mailed to you and you will mail it back with a hair and saliva sample. The process will also involve an initial phone consult prior to the scan as well as a follow up call to go over all the findings and regimen details.
